Hirenetics was created in December of 2013 in a small apartment in East Sacramento. Our mission is to automate job matching. Our anonymous and automated process matches up the best candidates for each job based on several different criteria, including our unique personality test. This makes it more efficient for both employers and job seekers as we handle all the matching and don’t use resumes.
